upon entering the store i was approached by the staff member who very politely asked if i was ok i explained what i needed and she immediately got me what i wanted in the correct size and to my needs i was done and out of the store very quickly very good professional service keep it up thanks

Andy was very helpful and attentive. Past bad experience with another company had made me suspicious but he alleviated my concerns.

The quality of service we received from Andy was wonderful. He was really friendly, cheerful and chatty. He was always around if we needed him, without being over bearing and pushy. I usually dislike shopping from showrooms because I find sales people intimindating and forceful, and they don’t really understand what you want- they just want you to buy something. Our experience here wasn’t like this at all. Andy was friendly, helpful and honest- he gave us some good advice on the kind of mattresses we might need and gave us the space to pick what we wanted. He’s a great credit to the team and a really decent, genuine and lovely guy!

Staff friendly, we were allowed time to browse and they were there when we required assistance. We returned to the store a couple of days later to place an order, again the staff were knowledgeable and most helpful.

The store assistant, Andy, was extremely helpful and personable. He gave us space initially which was greatly appreciated and once engaged he was able to answer all our questions, show various products to suit our needs and suggest alternatives. He offered, and made, us refreshment and was both friendly and professional, a credit to Dreams.

I was given the opportunity to shop and make my choice and attended to timely when I needed attention. The member of staff called Rori was both friendly and knowledgeable. She presented all available options and took time and care to explain things and asked if I had questions - she provided customer services and the store phone number as well. Excellent service Rori!! I knew the product I wanted, the Hugo bed frame and I am happy with the quality of the product. Fantastic service through out.

Plenty of choice and assistance

I was highly satisfied with my experience as Helen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the different aspects of the different range of beds. Helen was very friendly without being an over powering sales person. She allowed us time to browse the products yet was there for any questions.

Both the women we dealt with at the Dreams store at Leeds Crown Point were so helpful and informative. They both gave us all the information and help we needed without it feeling like they were just pushing for the sales.
