Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We delt with Darren at the Leeds store crown point we were just looking and they had a 60% off sale on he was great very polite and felt like we were being looked after we chose to spend a little more than we had first thought but the quality of mattress was great and the assistance we got was very good we felt like we mattered and felt valued also he gave us a great deal and walked us through everything thoroughly, the other members of staff seemed nice as well and were all happy as far as it goes 10/10 all round just couldn’t get it delivered for 3 weeks but you can’t have everything I guess

Andy at the Leeds Crown Point Store was brilliant. He knows his stuff and helped us decide on the right combination of divan bed, mattress & bed head without being pushy or overbearing. He answered all our questions and spent a lot of time letting us try out various options with patience & good humour. Buying a new bed's is bewildering with the choices on offer; it's a major purchase and difficult to know whether what you are spending a lot of your hard saved money on is right. Andy & Rory were both great and I'm only sorry we couldn't stop to share a cup of coffee with them - maybe next time as they'll definitely be my first port of call when we renew the bed in the guest room.

I went in the store with both my wife & daughter, upon entry we were greated by a friendly staff member and offered assistance if we needed it. We already had an idea of our purchase and went to the store to physically check the products, once we were happy with our decision we spoke to a member of staff who went to one of his colleagues to run through the paperwork, we initially wanted to purchase on finance. The inital member of staff offered us all a drink while the other took our details and although to my surprise we were declined for credit the staff member explained they don't have access to the reason why so made the purchase via credit card instead which although was a minor inconvenience was treated with professional and courteous respect throughout. Our delivery is set for 1 week from today and I'm looking forward to a good night sleep in our new mattress.

Darren was very helpful from the minute he introduced himself, we quickly found everything we were looking for but were not rushed in the slightest. Extremely helpful staff and great value products.

When we came into store Andy approached us to see what our needs were pointed us in the right direction for type of mattress we wanted gave us pillows to try with it. He left us to try the beds but kept checking we were ok giving us advise in the ones we liked. He then gave us some prices for various options we were interested in. We left the store and returned later when again he was great letting us double check what we wanted. The other staff in-store where also very nice and friendly.

We originally ordered a bed with bensons for beds however we've had issues and cancelled and we have to say we wish we called to dreams sooner, Andy was amazing just enough of everything and gave us a really great customer experience. We'll be back to order again

The service was excellent, informative but not at all pushy. Very helpful at recommending what we needed. We also got a very good deal with added extras.

I recieved great assistance, the staff were extremely friendly and remembered who I was and what product I was after from when I visited a few weekends back.
