Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

The store manager was very nice also the other store memeber had a chat and spoke to my 5 year old boy who was picking out his new bed he made my boy laugh. This is the 2nd time we have been to this store during the pandemic and was severed by the same lady which was the store manager.

Jude was very helpful and appreciated our needs and budget.

We visited twice last week, once speaking to Helen and the other to Darren. Both members of staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and helped us pick out the best mattress for us. They allowed us to take our time, asking as many questions as possible and nothing was too much trouble. We felt supported but not pestered, like you do in other stores! The mattress we chose was actually slightly cheaper elsewhere, however because of the quality of service from both Helen and Darren we chose to purchase it from you, so they could earn the commission. They were fantastic and are great assets to your company!

Darren took time to talk to us about what we wanted and the space we had. He took time to speak to our son as well and didn’t ignore him. He used the sleep machine to help us identify mattresses to try after he’d already talked to each of us about what we would usually go for. He showed us where the mattresses were to try. During all this he was talking to our little boy and wasn’t phased by his questions. He took his time at the order process and asked us again if he knew it might not be right because my little boy was talking. Very thorough lovely gentlemen and his female colleagues also acknowledged us and our son.

From the minute we walked in Darren (sales rep) was very attentive, professional and friendly. We were left to our own devices for 5-10 mins (which is what we prefer) and then offered a bottle of water, hand sanitiser and the mattress system to sample. The process was slick, easy and informative with Darren offering his help whenever we needed. We were only expecting to go in and sample mattress' but were that impressed we ended up purchasing one there and then!

I was helped by Hayley on my first visit and Jude on my second. Hayley was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to address my needs. She was so good that I waited to go back to order (I took a couple of days to make up my mind and consult with my wife who was out of the country) on a day she was working. She was getting in later that day and was helped by Jude who also was terrific and very helpful. They both represent themselves and your company extremely well. It is actually quite stressful trying to decide what mattress and bed to buy. Hayley and Jude made the experience a pleasurable one and I cannot praise them enough. Oh...and I bought your most expensive mattress :)

The lady helping us was very friendly, not at all pushy and helped with what ever question we had and gave us as much information as we needed regarding the correct mattress and bed.

A member of staff (Hayley at the Crown Point store) was amazing. She helped us from start to finish and the reason we returned in person to purchase the products we wanted.
