Exceptionally helpful without being too pushy. He gave us all the relevant information allowing us to make the right decision for us. My wife, who has mobility problems and uses crutches. and I were welcomed to the store by having the doors opened as sales staff saw us approaching, a very nice touch. We were shown several products that were in line with the specification we were looking for and their differing attributes were fully explained. Having decided on our purchases we were offered a drink whilst our order and delivery were processed. A late question about mattress options resulted in a further trip to try out another version and resulted in us changing our order for a more expensive model. No problem for the staff and following their advices we also purchased pillows, pillowcases and sheet. Altogether a very good visit well looked after by attentive employees. Many thanks.
