I was served immediately, shown two products within the range I wasted, advised of pros and cons and order placed within 10 mins

I hate shopping and detest pushy salesmen. We were allowed to browse and approach Mo in our own time. He explained the different mattresses and the colour coding system. He provided us with pillows to assist our bed testing and even offered us a drink. He even suggested we look else where and come back to him as he would price match our choice. Very clever sales skill as i would normally walk out and go on line.

I hate shopping for anything and hate been approached by sales assistants. Mo was the perfect assistant. He waited till we approached him. His knowledge was first class. He wasn’t at all pushy and his patience was beyond belief. He even recommended we go look else where and come back for a price match. This is exactly what we did. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Mo and the manner in which he dealt with us. He is a credit to your firm.

I was highly satisfied because the dreams staff that attended to my needs really gave me a wonderful welcome whilst explaining the products quality, prices and upgrades and insurance and based on the assistance I received from the staff name Helen that made me to me highly satisfied and will recommend other interested buyers to visit the LEEDS Dreams store Thank you.

Mo the assistant must have spent an hour with us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the sale as far as I was concerned.

The colleagues were helpful but not too pushy, they didn’t hover around us but let us go around and lie on everything until we showed interest in a particular mattress.
