The staff were all very friendly and on hand to meet my needs, I was greeted by a lovely employee, and I was dealt with efficiently and offered a hot drink.

I found that all the staff were lovely, right from being greeted to having a coffee.

We were greeted warmly on entering the store but were allowed to browse at our leisure . No hard sell. Any queries were answered honestly & there was no pressure to make a purchase . When we did make our choice we were told all options including delivery , picking up old mattress and guarantee . We would come back in future .

The salesman, Andrew, showed me the mattresses that I needed, which he thought might be a good fit for my needs. We had bought our bed from Dreams and several mattresses over the years so I wouldn't think of anyplace else I'd go.
