VERY HELPFUL STAFF AT CROWN POINT LEEDS

I don't like to be bothered by sales staff and the help I received was just right. There was no hard selling or faffing!

Highly satisfied with our visit to the Crown Point store. Sales assistant very knowledgeable and not pushy. He let us take our time and answered our questions in a polite friendly manner.

The assistance we received in order to choose the appropriate bed for our needs was very helpful. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in the bed types. Placing the order was easy and stress free as we were offered a cup of coffee and chatted whilst it was all going through. A pleasant experience for choosing a mattress which can be quite difficult.

Staff were friendly and explained how the store was laid out so we could navigate round easily.

The store was clean and welcoming, the display of the items available good. Mo our salesman, added to the initial feelings we both shared on looking round the store. He was polite and possessed and excellent knowledge of all the aspects concerning the products available, he listened to our needs and guided us in the right direction. Having worked in sales my belief is that a good sales person needs good product knowledge and to understand the needs of the customer in short one yapper and two flappers( mouth and ears). Mo certainly had this, not only would we recommend your store but that whoever we recommended saught out Mo. Although I an sure all your staff posess this ability.
