The store manager who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble including the offer of a drink.

We were satisfied because although we were given a friendly acknowledgement when we entered the store we were then left to browse until we needed assistance we were then left to decide which items we wanted to purchase without feeling under pressure and then dealt with quickly and efficiently there is nothing more off putting than a pushy salesperson and we felt the balance of assistance was just right

Excellent customer service from Andrew. Very friendly and personable. Helped us work through our queries but didn't put us under pressure. Very happy with our purchase!

I was greeted by a young girl called Rorree. Explain what I was looking for and she showed me a few mattresses cause I took the paper work with me of one I bought last year. Told her I wanted one the same but in a single size.

Darren was a very good salesman and helped the whole journey. Even remembered us from a visit 1 month ago.

Our sale assisstant Jude in Crown Point Retail park Leeds was very knowledgable and could explain all difference in quality products which made us easier to decide what we were looking for. She was nice a polite lady...not pushy at all, which we felt we could discuss in private what we need.

The overall experience from entering was really good. We were greeted in a friendly and confident manner and all our questions answered promptly and with clear knowledge.
