The moment I walked into the store I was approached by Stewart. A member of staff who was very friendly, efficient and very knowledgable about the product which I wished to purchase. He answered all my questions and explained the process from purchase to delivery. Even made me a coffee!.

Mo who served us was very helpful and patient. We went away and came back and when we told him we were going away he didn't mind which was easier to come back.

Sales assistant Mohammed was fantastic. He carefully listened to our needs, was extremely patient whilst we tried several beds and was very attentive to our feedback each time. He definitely helped us with our choice, carefully explained everything and completed the transaction with a no fuss or problems.

I walked into the shop and was greeted by staff and asked if i needed any assistance. I was supporting a disabled gentleman to purchase a new bed that was suitable for his needs. Darren was understanding and spoke directly to the Service user and asked what his need were.He listened patiently to his reply, he moved beds around so that we could access the bed with the wheelchair with ease. We were shown different mattresses and bases then he picked the one most suitable. We were offered a drink while filling in the paperwork. Both staff were very helpful and understanding of the disabled customers needs. If within my role I ever have to buy another bed I would not hesitate to use or recommend Dreams.
