Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

The Leeds Crown Point staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable when helping is choose the right Maitree for us. The differences between the beds and qualities were well explained, and the order and delivery process has been very straight forward. Everything was arranged in a very timely manner in store and we were very happy to be offered hot drinks while we waited. We look forward to our new mattress. Thank you for your help.

Very helpful, good price

While spending time in your store (Leeds Crown Point), I was approached by Andy. He was really pleasant, knowledgeable and gave us an idea of the delivery time for each product. I guess that was the reason why we decided to come back the second time and make the purchase. Andy took care of the order and helped us to find an alternative to the mattress that was unavailable (the delivery time wouldn't have matched the bed delivery time). In addition, we were also satisfied with the variety of products available in store. In conclusion, we are definitely delighted about the overall experience.

The sales guy came over straight away and showed me what I was looking for and some other beds for comparison. Really friendly and professional, I knew what I wanted before I came in and had tried the bed and paid for it in under 15 mins. Really happy with the experience.

the reason being was the fact that the dreams staff member understood our needs and gave us the best value for money, not only did he provide a professional service we got to have a lot banter with him and also got to know the staff member darren on much personal level and to told us alot about himself and got to know us well felt like we became friends striaght away.
