Friendly helpful staff and good choice of products

Customer service was very friendly,without being pushy,really appreciated not being pestered to gain a sale,was left to browse at our leisure,but staff were available to answer questions if needed..

Very good customer service. Andy who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful and not pushy for a sale. We liked the fact that he left us to it and was there to offer his help as and when we wanted it

When arriving we were greated by lovely staff, who helped us with everything even offering us a drink.

The overall experience at Dreams was better than I thought it would be. Jude, who greeted us as we walked in, gave us just the right amount of assistance we needed. She helped us to choose the right type of mattress we needed based on our height and weight using some computer techy stuff and she was very helpful answering our many questions, and gave us a good deal on an amazing mattress.

The guy that served me in the Leeds Crown Point store on 4th March in the evening, I believe his name was Darren, was extremely helpful, took us round the whole store to show us all the mattresses and was very patient and had excellent knowlede.

Excellent sales staff, allowed time to wander, ponder and answered the questions we posed, showed and demonstrated products and did not push for high end big value sale.

As per my previous visits great advice given and quality product purchased.
