Familiar with store and assistants tho i knew what i wanted.Very good advice, found what i wanted in no time.

Helen, the sales advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was rushed. I used the computerised bed to advise which mattress was suitable. Very impressed. All in all a pleasant experience along with a nice cup of coffee.

Andy and Jude at Crown Point Retail Park greeted us with nice smiles. They let us browse for a while before asking if we would like a drink. We were looking at prices of beds for a wedding present. However my Dad who is 80, wanted a new mattress too. They really looked after him and offered him the sleep match technology they had in the store which measures your sleep position and body weight and recommends the right sort of mattress to give you the best nights sleep. Dad tried this and laid on a few of the mattresses after this experience. Jude was very knowledgeable and knew all the products, Jude changed one of the display pillows so my Dad could get a real feel for the mattress which suited him best. Which he bought, a mattress is a considerable purchase so he got the mattress cover too to cover for the next 8 years. The cost of a good nights sleep has cost my Dad less than 10p per night and you cannot put a price on that. W e will defiantly return with the happy couple to buy their wedding present Thank you Jude and Andy for making our shopping experience and excellent one.

Staff friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Ordering was quick and easy.

We visited dreams today. And was greeted by a lovely lady. She asked us if we needed help. Which we did. She told us about the sleep match which we took part. After showing us the print out she advised us what mattress would be suitable for us she then gave us a pillow each so we could test the mattress. We were bought a lovely cup of coffee. We found what we were looking for. We bought a bed from you 2 years ago which we have been highly delighted with. Thank you.

Andy in the Leeds branch was a very low-pressure salesman, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We knew he was there if we needed assistance, but he otherwise left us to it, which os what we wanted.

Great customer service from Jude and Andy. Excellent knowledge of products and which bed would suit our needs and didn't push too hard for a sale. Gave us plenty of time to try the various beds on offer and even provided us with coffee.

Very welcoming staff. (Mo). Mo was very helpful throughout our visit. Never rushed us and had excellent product knowledge. Made us a cup of tea and coffee for us to drink at our leisure. Very patient and a pleasure to deal with - a great asset to your company!

With assistance we quickly found what we were looking for and given all options on the product.
