Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Overall it was a great experience - we were greeted when entering the store, and allowed to look around for ourselves for a short while before an employee asked us if we needed any assistance and offered us a drink. I tried the Sleepmatch machine which gave good recommendations (one of which was the one I purchased) and I was even given a pillow and encouraged to take as long as I needed trying the beds. I suffer from shoulder pain, and seeing this reflected as an option in the Sleepmatch settings was also very reassuring. Both me and my partner were incredibly impressed by Mo, the colleague who helped us. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we both appreciated that he wasn't pushy or forceful in his recommendations. When I came to place the order, Jude was very friendly and got everything sorted for us quickly, even offering us free extras such as bedding. The whole experience was extremely relaxed, pressure-free and positive in a way that's quite rare among furniture stores. I'm very impressed!

I went in had the firmness machine figure out what firmness I required, and then the rep showed me round a few mattresses. I then quoted the size of the mattress I required, and he said it was an ikea size, and that this meant I probably would have to go to Ikea, ie, not hard selling me to but a dreams mattress regardless, so I left the store to research Ikea mattressed. I then decided to just live with the small size difference, returned to the store shortly after, and ended up buying an ex-display mattress, that was roughly 40% off, which was great. Overall really happy with the customer service from Darren, he was really helpful.

I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store. The staff offered me a hot drink, were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Can you please ensure the staff member (Roree) who served me is verbally recognised by management, she was both pleasant and efficient and not at all "pushy". A credit to the store located at Crown Point, Leeds

Greeted by a very friendly salesman who listened patiently to our needs .He introduced my wife and I to your talking bed in order to properly guide us through the most suitable mattresses for our needs. He then guided us through the most suitable you had in store and we tried 6 of them and found 2 which were suitable ,so we bought 2 of them ,which is why we visited your store .We were then treated to coffee whilst the paperwork was completed the salesman ANDY was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products and the whole experience quite painless .

From walking in to leaving was very easy, clean store plenty of choice excellent store assistant (Mo) well knowledge went through everything and made our visit easy to pick our new mattress. Tried out the sleep match mattress as advised by Mo store assistant wasn't pushy just a great help. told your assistant we was going next door to Bensons beds and still not pushy, Bensons was a big mistake NOT anything like our time spent in Dreams so we quickly left and returned to Dreams and purchased our new mattress.

Professional, information, no pressure to purchase, comfortable experience

Visited this store on numerous occassions and ALWAYS recieve great service. Particularly enjoyed me and my partner having our comfort rating worked out on the virtual bed!..Fairly local to us and a place I always think to go first.
