Great Customer by Darren (Leeds crown point store) myself and my mum was in there for an hour or just over and he walked around with us the whole time and showed us the different types of bed on offer and explained the differences between us. We were offered complimentary drinks on arrival. Great all round customer service. Very pleased with our purchase. Was our first time in Dreams and he made it a very easy and comfortable experience

From the friendly ( yet not too OTT) greeting and explanation of the mattress rating machine by Judy the store manager, through to the purchase of the bed and bedding, it was an absolute joy. Andy, the sales professional, was first rate in knowledge , courtesy and customer care. It is fare to say that both he and Judy went the extra mile and I would be obliged if senior management could bring this to their attention .Brilliant service, great price. Thank you.

Excellent service from Darren at the Leeds Crown point outlet. Friendly, knowledgeable and able to use his expertise to supplement the suggestions provided by the machine, based on my feedback when trying options.

It's no exaggeration to say that our visit to the Leeds Crown Point store was probably the best retail experience we've ever had. Everything in the store is tailored to meeting a customers' needs and the staff were particularly amazing. The store manager, Jude, and the sales adviser, Mohammed, have clearly perfected their sales approach. We did not feel pressured at any point and there was none of the usual smarmy sales pitches like, "is there something stopping you from buying today?" Instead, we were gently greeted on entering the store with the offer of help IF we needed it and when we were ready. Mo was then patient, friendly, and recommended we try the Sleep Match system. This recommended a mattress type for us, which then led Mo to show us some suitable options and to suit any budget we may have had (therefore not needing to ask for it nor need to try a sales pitch). The whole experience was just so simple, fluid and fun! Oh, and we were also offered a drink whilst we browsed and tried out the recommended options. A great touch! In the end, we actually spent over our budget but were happy to do so because we trusted the expertise of both Mo and Jude. Thank you both!
