The Staff were very helpful. Even spotted I was wearing a Royal Navy Shirt and informed me of a discount available.

Went in to buy a mattress,had one already in mind,the staff put me on a bed that analysed my sleep pattern & recommend a better mattress which when i tried was fantastic

Darren who served us was brilliant, let us try loads of options, even kept the kids entertained while we looked at everything.

Jude from the store in Leeds helped us. With the minimum amount of fuss and plenty of knowledge . We knew what we were looking for (Tempur) but she helped us choose the right mattress in the range .it was a pleasant experience .

Jude and Darren went out of their way to accommodate all our needs in a friendly and helpful way. They left us to have time to ourselves so we didn’t feel pressurised. They accommodated our three lively young children and reassured us that we need not be concerned about their exploration of the shop! They even kept the kids busy providing calculators and encouraging them to use an electronically adjustable bed. We were pleased with the deal we got and actually enjoyed ourselves trying the mattresses out and enjoying hot drinks. The icing was on top of the cake was our little boy being told he could take home with him Trevor the resident soft toy Fox that he had been inseparable from at every visit!
