Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

From start to finish Dreams were excellent.Jude the manager at the Crown Point store in Leeds put me at ease and made me buying the right mattress easy.Scott and his helper delivered my mattress. They were so friendly and the messages,phone call all helped.Really pleased.

We were welcomed by staff on arrival, shown a range of beds in our budget, used the mattress finder machine to find a suitable mattress and were shown a range of mattress options to suit our needs. Our salesperson Andy was friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products in store and matched us to exactly what we needed.

We have visited this store a few times now and always received an excellent level of customer service from Roree, Andy and Darren. We used the machine that finds the best type of mattress for you and were given all the information we needed to make our own choice. The 30 to 40 days to see if you find the mattress comfortable is very good and disposing of your old mattresses is ideal in this day and age. Providing a cup of coffee while doing the paperwork is also a mark of a company thinking of its customers. The delivery service was also of a high standard.

Sales assistant was very thorough and explained the differences between the mattresses she also put us on the new machine to work out what type of materess would be suitable for us Made us feel very welcome

Helen in store was fantastic. Very knowledgeable which gave us comfort that we were making the right choice. We bought our beds on bank holiday Monday and the store was very busy. As there are only 2 computers to process the orders we had to wait around 20 minutes to pay. If it hadn't been for Helen we would have gone next door to Bensons for Beds to see if we could complete the transaction sooner. I would strongly suggest that you get more computers in. It's a real let down as the store staff are ace.
