Jude , the store manager was just so kind and helpful throughout our visit . Nothing was too much trouble . We had a lovely coffee and she chatted to my friend and I while we waited for a finance decision. We didn’t want to leave . What a lovely lady you are Jude. Thank you for your kindness xx

Andy who interacted with us, was brilliant at his job, felt comfortable from the start, helped us pick the perfect bed, top class service, great all round

The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, it was a very warm day and as soon as we walked in the door we were offered tea/coffee or cold drink. The lady who helped me was called Helen and she was very very friendly and ever so helpful. My daughter recommended dreams to me and I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The member of staff was friendly and very helpfull, and i was satisfied with the bed i bought. It was just what i had hoped to get when i went in.

Mohammed the sales assistant at Crown Point Leeds were really knowledgeable about all the products we asked him about. He was friendly and polite but never pushy and allowed us to browse independently but was quickly on hand when we had a question. He offered us tea/coffee to make our visit more relaxing and was highly personable throughout. We felt the range of beds on offer was excellent and at a good price too.
