I was welcomed into the store by Andy and he immediately listened to my purchasing needs which included budget and personal preferences! Even though I had completed research on line and had a rough idea on my purchase, it was still overwhelming walking into the store which had so many options and knowing which purchase is right for you! With support from Andy he was able to ensure that my purchasing needs were met and placed an order and gave a delivery date there and then! This has been confirmed by email and SMS.

Andy was very friendly and helpful, extremely knowledgeable with regard to the products and options for bed sizes. Provided comfortable pillows for a more realistic sleeping experience. Never made us feel under pressure to purchase any products. We were so impressed with the service we came back the next day to purchase.

The salesman maďe himself available to us but wasn't pushy. He answered any questions we had and also made us aware that we can choose from various different bases and mattresses and showed us different colour schemes.

Laying on the 'test bed' was a new experience and I felt that it gave me the details of the type of mattress that was required for my weight etc. The sales lady Jade could not have been any more pleasant, she was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, she is a credit to the Dreams company.

My partner and I were assisted by a Dreams colleague called Andy. He took time to understand what we were looking for, helped us try a few beds and made us feel like we knew the options available to us. He helped us decide on a bed, duvet at pillows. He was the right balance between being present allowing us to ask questions but also gave us space to discuss between ourselves. He was also a good balance between being personable and professional. v happy with our new bed!
