The guy who looked after us was absolutely amazing, very friendly and knew exactly what we wanted - we were unsure as this was our first time buying a mattress. Impeccable service and we were very happy with our purchases and experience

Great, knowledgeable staff who took time to understand what we wanted and recommend products. Saying that, we were allowed to take Time to really test the products and select what was best for us without any pressure

Helpful friendly staff

Using the bed to assess what type of mattress we needed was really helpful to guide us to the mattresses to try. The assistant was really helpful and patient, answering questions, not rushing us or pressurising us.

The Employee, Darren, was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and gave good guidance without being overbearing or pushy. The store was clean, well laid out and easy to navigate and the variety of products was great.

Darren was so knowledgable and extremely helpful in helping us select our new mattress. He showed us a variety of option and I think (and hope) we’ve selected the best one for our needs

Jude was amazing. We'd had a little time to look around the store before being approached rather than being hounded when we walked in. She walked us through the basic types of mattresses available then put us on the sleep computer which gives you a list of recommended mattress. She walked us through the mattresses from the results and added in her own suggestions. Very impressive sales woman without being too pushy. We walked away with a mattress which we weren't planning on doing on the day but were so satisfied with the product and price we went for it. She was patient with us, left us to our devices to give us time to discuss in private but was always there when we needed assistance.
