Staff were super helpful, even let my dog into the show room. Great knowledge about the mattresses, I gave them my price range and they started right at the lowest and worked up, didn’t try and push more expensive ones.

Liked the mattress test and the knowledge of the staff.

Staff were willing to leave us be when we wanted to, and were more than willing to help out when we were ready to need help

Compared to other shops you where left to your own devices with no pressure but the assistance was there when requested

Sleep match was excellent, helped us narrow down what we were looking for. Roree was great in terms of service - explaining the products, tea, helping us choose the right bed frame and throwing in some free pillows :)
