Staff were friendly and informative, gave us space to move around the store and try beds, including beds they hadn't recommended. Didn't get the impressions of an aggressive sales pitch, we felt happy with our decision, even though it was the top of our budget

As soon as we got in the store we were greeted by joe who explained the social distancing and asked us if we wanted gloves, I explained what I wanted and joe took us to the product didn’t need to look any further as he showed us exactly what we wanted. Very friendly and helpful

Gareth was able to use the technology and direct us to the range of mattresses that were suitable for our needs. We had purchased a bed from Dream about ten years ago.
