Everything was straight forward from the min i walked in to the shop. Very welcoming assistants, showed me what i wanted to see and social distancing in place. Placed my order and I was done.

Gareth our salesperson greeted us a explained clearly and quickly the new procedures in place due to social distancing. he explained all of the products selected in detail and offered us the time to allow us to make an informed decision. He introduced other products to us and explained them also very well. Overall the experience of visiting the store made us want to purchase there and then and not look elsewhere even if we could of got what we wanted a bit cheaper.
