We turned up without an appointment but was clearly explained to us how the current process works & we were able to arrange to return later that afternoon. Gemma (your staff member) was excellent throughout from our initial meeting to completing our order. There was an issue in trying to complete (system constraints) but Gemma didn’t give up & resolves it in the end which meant we placed the order for 2 mattresses plus other items.

Myself and my partner both found Gareth extremely helpful and both left the store really happy. We felt like Gareth listened to our needs and what bed we wanted, wasn’t to pushy and very friendly. 5 star customer service and great knowledge of product. Thank you very much!

Everything was straight forward from the min i walked in to the shop. Very welcoming assistants, showed me what i wanted to see and social distancing in place. Placed my order and I was done.
