Served today 04/07/20 by Gemma at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway retail park, she had Really lovely manner great product knowledge on the sleepmotion 200is and which mattress to have, The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend buying from dreams as it is such a stress free experience, Excellent service from Gemma would go again , very happy shopper.

- Background: My partner and I went to Dreams with the sole purpose of buying a mattress. - The Sleepmatch system (the one that used an Xbox Kinect + motor driven mattress to assess our needs) was the perfect start to our experience at Dreams. I'm a big fan of 'data driven' decisions so this was a big plus! The machine does a scan and suggests a range of beds based on our exact needs. It was essentially 'like magic'. - Our salesman, Gareth, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. My partner and I have very different needs when it comes to mattresses and he was able to navigate every concern we had with ease. At the point of purchase, Gareth wasn't pressurising in any way, shape, or form.

We turned up without an appointment but was clearly explained to us how the current process works & we were able to arrange to return later that afternoon. Gemma (your staff member) was excellent throughout from our initial meeting to completing our order. There was an issue in trying to complete (system constraints) but Gemma didn’t give up & resolves it in the end which meant we placed the order for 2 mattresses plus other items.
