Found the bed we were looking for really quickly. Good price, sensible delivery slot and very friendly staff (Joseph).

Quickly offered assistance and was to the point and helpful. Gave options for price points

Staff had excellent product knowledge guided us through the options and gave plenty of time to make our own assessment. Not at all pushy but around to advise. Unlike other stores didn't try to push us to the more expensive product but did explain the differences.

Very efficient and helpful

1. We had a really friendly introduction at the door by Karolynne (Cribbs Causeway). 2. I was looking for a new pillow and was struggling to find one, I described my ideal pillow to Karolynne and by the time we were finished with the sleep machine she had two for me to choose from (and they were both perfect!) 3. Karolynne helped us try out the different mattresses and explained the warranty deal to us which helped us assess our choices 4 .Karolynne helped us pick out the mattress protector which we are also very happy with 5.We were offered water and felt really comfortable in store, all staff really friendly and you could tell they were a great team together. 6. We didn't feel pressured at all and were given time to make a decision. toere

Gemma was very helpful and knowledgable. Didn’t rush us or pressure us to make a decision. Left is enough time to talk between our selves and helps with our questions.
