We received a warm welcome from Melanie offered sanitizer and mask and a bottle of water.Then Melanie explained what the procedure was to assess what type of mattress we required and proceeded to show us a good selection of mattress’s that would suit our needs told us that we could extend the warranty and would receive a free mattress protector. After we had taken our time to decide on which mattress we would like to buy we sat down to continue with our purchase very pleased with our experience today
