From pretty much the moment we walked on we were greeted by Gareth. Gareth was a fantastic help, asked us questions on what we needed and immediately took us to the options available. He explained the differences in products and showed us suitable accessories. He remained with us until all our questions were answered. We left the store to check some other options but decided to proceed with dreams. After coming back, Gareth recognised us and was a great help once again, double checking our options and offering additional services. Our delivery dates were easy to change to what we wanted and the entire experience was quick and relatively easy

I was served by Joseph and Karolynne. Karolynne assisted me immediately as I entered the store and was very kind, attentive and helpful! Despite having a low budget, they treated me as they would any other customer. Joseph stepped in whilst his colleague was busy serving others and helped me complete my purchase. He answered all my questions and was super quick but still made sure I was happy with everything. Thanks guys I can’t wait to receive my new mattress! :)

Joseph at cribbs causeway was very welcoming on our arrival and offered to help in any way he could. He took the time to show us a range of recommended mattress options based on our needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain subtle differences between various products. Once we had decided on the product the order process in store was very quick and easy.
