Friendly and approachable staff. Staff talked though the sleep analysis mattress and how it can help find the best mattress for my partner and myself. Staff showed us a variety of mattresses and helped us find the right one for us. Staff weren't pushey and we felt like it was our decision. Staff happy to find the right delivery date for us. PPE was used throughout following government guidelines and we were offered a complimentary bottle of water.

Gareth was knowledgable, friendly and honest. He put us at ease straight away and gave us plenty of time to make decisions. The effort the staff put in to making sure everything is clean and as sterile as posdible is incrediable.

We didn’t want to be too long, we didn’t have to wait long to be served and the person explained all as we went along. He was also very aware of safety and understanding of our child. He also thought of safety of people I’m store as queues building up outside for a neighbour store and was aware that it was covering the shop doorway of the store.
