I felt very listened to. I told Karolynne about my joint pains and budget, and helped me find exactly what I needed for a great price! The store was very clean and organised, and Karolynne was incredibly attentive.

The staff were very efficient & carried out the covid restrictions very well, the assistant was help full showing us the item we wanted & conducted herself very professionally.

Gareth was very knowledgable about all the products. We arrived a bit clueless about what we needed and he talked us through all the different options of mattresses and pillows and which would be best for us. He took his time and we didn't feel rushed, the store also took very good safety precautions in light of covid and we felt very comfortable in the store.

It helped it being very quiet early in the morning, but Gemma was very helpful showing us different types of beds based on what we were looking for. Ended up buying a bed there and then, needed to happen as ours is broken. Place looked clean, used the hand sanitizer that didn’t seem cheap like other stores, so overall very happy!

Ended up buying a bed there and then, needed to happen as ours is broken. Place looked clean, used the hand sanitizer that didn’t seem cheap like other stores, so overall very happy!
