We had just been to John Lewis to purchase a bed and mattress. We were going to purhase but the mattress was not avaiable until October and the bed until November! When we walked into Dreams the level of service was so different. We have place an order and have decided to purchase another mattress in the near future. Thanks to Joe at Cribbs Bristol.
