We received a level of customer service that we did not expect and observed that our experience was the general practice taken by all the sales assistants in supporting customers. this included giving us time to look, think, consider, re-try the products that were identified as being, in all probability, the most suited to our particular needs, without any harassment.

We received fabulous assistance from Gareth. He took a lot of time talking us through various options and taking into account our needs.

Our sales rep Gareth at Bristol Cribbs Causeway was fantastic, he was welcoming and knew all about the products we were asking about. He was also able to reduce the lead time of the bed and mattress from 5 weeks online to just 9 days

Pleasantly surprised at the price point, I was expecting dreams to be much more expensive than it was. The guy who served us was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us when we were unsure about the base. We only ordered the mattress in the end as the base we really wanted had a long lead time, but we almost ordered a much more expensive frame that we weren’t that keen on.

We were met by Joseph who suggested we lay on the bed tester. After which he showed us several beds that suited our needs which we tried again and again until we were sure we had chosen the right one. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped us choose pillows and mattress cover. Offered us coffee while we were in the store

Gareth did a great job showing us the various beds recommended by the Sleepmatch machine. It was useful narrowing down the search to just 6 slightly different options. Gareth gave useful information about the pros and cons of each one. When we returned to make our final choice, Joe helped us through the purchase process. We were very pleased with the 20% price reduction in the Sale. The option of changing the mattress if we didn't like it with the 40-night Sleep Guarantee was a big factor in us choosing Dreams for our new bed.
