I went in store looking for a mattress for my son’s cot bed. I have looked online before going to the store so I knew what I was looking for. As I entered the store I was greeted and asked if I need any help. The lady was very nice and she had great product knowledge. I was taken where the samples were and picked the one I saw on the website. The lady has placed the order and we’re due to receive it soon.

Welcomed at entrance told about Covid PPE & expectations of store & customer. Shown to analysis bed - given time to decide & try mattress.
