We really liked the sleeping assessment as advertised on the television and then how the member of staff knew the right mattresses to try. He listened to our needs and helped to the best of his knowledge.

Everything from our greeting when we arrived in store to purchase went very smoothly and was handled very professionally.

Joseph was incredibly helpful during our visit. He took time to understand our needs, encouraged us not to rush, talked us through options to make differences in the products clear, and was good fun to talk to! The store was very busy when we visited but he managed to balance supporting all the customers without making anyone feel neglected - an incredible skill!

Assistance within the store and then again on the telephone the following day was extremely professional. Sales team were not pushy, but just genuinely helpful and spent time with you despite how busy the store was.
