The store manager Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. We have never used Dreams before and would have no hesitation in revisiting or recommending this store.

We were able to be seen without having reserved an appointment on a busy day for the store, the day after lockdown was announced. We spent an hour inside the store, looking at and trying out mattresses, we were given lots of help in our decision making process and were pleased to have been able to buy a mattress on the day itself. The sales person was very nice, personable and knowledgeable and didn't put us under any undue pressure to buy a product.
