Gareth was very sweet and helpful. The sensor bed that determined the best beds for us was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was comfier and easier to understand than I expected. Would happily go again.

I was pleased, largely because of the assistant, Elizabeth X [she spelled her name differently] Please would you congratulate her [she may remember as we got to talking about how nice it would be to have roast dinner waiting for us some hope! This was whilst we were waiting for the computer, not in store time!]

The bed scan was very helpful as were the staff. Also felt very COVID safe

We were able to be seen without having reserved an appointment on a busy day for the store, the day after lockdown was announced. We spent an hour inside the store, looking at and trying out mattresses, we were given lots of help in our decision making process and were pleased to have been able to buy a mattress on the day itself. The sales person was very nice, personable and knowledgeable and didn't put us under any undue pressure to buy a product.
