The sales assistant that served us was very friendly, knowledgeable and great at assisting us. So much so we bought one bed from him on Sunday, then we went back and bought another bed and mattress on Wednesday!

The service was really nice and helpful. I bought a duvet and pillows in the store, so I could take them home straight away. My previous order, a mattress, I had to wait 2 months for, only to be told it's delayed 2 weeks, 3 days before the planned delivery. I would expect to receive a discount for my next purchase after something like that.
