Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who assisted in us finding the right bed for our first home. Still waiting for the bed to be delivered by very satisfied with the experience so far.

The machine you use to workout which mattress is for me gives me a lot more confidence that just lying on a bunch of mattress randomly. That being said I would like to have explained the results to me vs just trusting it blindly.

We were greeted when first entering the stores and offered a free bottle of water by Gareth. We were asked to sanitise our hands and given mattress and pillow protectors which made us feel safe and comfortable. We used the mattress matching machine and Gareth took time to understand our needs and to suggest the options that best for them. We tried out several mattresses and as we were shopping around we visited 3 times on the same day to ensure we were getting the best mattress for our needs. Each time we returned to the store Gareth greeted us and asked how we were getting on. The customer service given was superb. After we chose the mattress we wanted we were given options for protectors and even received a pack of free pillows. Would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends :)

We were given very good personal service by a young chap called Joseph. He said he hadn't worked there very long but seemed to have a good knowledge of the products, and if he wasn't sure of something he checked with a more experienced colleague who was as equally helpful. We only went to the store to look at mattresses and the prices, but ended up making a purchase, because the store and service provided was very good.

The service was really nice and helpful. I bought a duvet and pillows in the store, so I could take them home straight away. My previous order, a mattress, I had to wait 2 months for, only to be told it's delayed 2 weeks, 3 days before the planned delivery. I would expect to receive a discount for my next purchase after something like that.
