We were greeted as we came in, we knew we wanted to try sleep match and Gareth told us everything we needed to know. He was very much on our agenda and really helpful and we came away very happy customers!

Karolynne helped us to pick the correct mattress for us, without any hard selling giving us personal space to make our choice. Impressed how social distancing & store hygiene was being treated as priority. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

The two colleagues that interacted with us were faultless. Really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also the adherence to CV-19 regulations were fab and shop was really clean. Employee cleaning when not serving customers.
