Gemma and Sam were brilliant. They understood my needs and helped me get the best bed and frame for my needs. They didn't make me feel silly asking lots of questions and they answered them all and were happy to look for answers they didn't know of the top of their heads.

We were looked after by Gemma at your Cribbs Causeway Store. She firstly made sure we complied with Covid Arrangements within the store and kept us safe and distanced at all times. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. She allowed us time to decide on which mattress we preferred, therefore we never felt rushed or under pressure. She explained all our options clearly and precisely and was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased 2 memory foam pillows which we are thrilled with and this was due to Gemma's advice. We ordered a new mattress which is being delivered in a couple of weeks and a bought a mattress protector. To summarise, our experience was excellent and be rest assured that Gemma is a great member of staff with a lot of knowledge and experience and I have recommended her to members of my family who are looking to purchase new mattresses.
