Fast friendly staff, Carolyn from the Bristol Branch (Cribbs) even stayed on extra hours to ensure both my brother and I needs were met!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish, great covid secure restrictions in place, all colleagues knew exactly what they were talking about, the technology was great and we can't wait to get our bed! I want to say special thanks to Gemma for amazing service, her product knowledge was brilliant and thanks to the store manager for the deal, we got pillows and 100 pounds off! Joseph at your cribbs causeway store was excellent. From the moment we entered he was informative and attentive and took the time to understand our needs and budget perfectly. He made excellent suggestions and knew exactly when we needed time to discuss amongst ourselves and when to interject. We never felt rushed or pressured, just very well informed throughout our visit.

Helpful staff and useful system for finding the right mattress

Mainly the tailored service using the dreams sleep mapping machine to help zero in on the bed requirements and hence speed up choice making. Store person (Joe), was incredibly helpful, polite and didn't rush a thing. He also asked about things like hot/cold sleeper and made all products and options very clear.
