We dealt with Joe - Manager at Bristol Cribbs Causeway Store. He was immediately helpful when we entered the store asking what we were looking for. We were put on the sleep analyser machine and were very impressed with how it made specific recommendations for me and my husband. We were then shown the recommended products and Joe was so knowledgeable about all of the beds, mattresses and answered our questions no matter how stupid. We purchased a bed that we are very confident will be amazing and help both my husband and my health issues. Arranging the purchase and delivery was an easy smooth process and everything was explained fully. We were impressed with the safety measures in place and the level of sanitation. We observed regular cleaning throughout the store. We were also given tissue so we could test products which we were very grateful for. We were even offered a drink which was gratefully received. We could not have asked for better service. I cannot fault the service from Joe and the team at the Cribbs Causeway store and I hope that they may get to see this feedback 😊 Kay Hyett

We were greeted on arrival and asked what we were looking for. We weren't expecting the "Sleep-o-matic" bed selector which was great fun (although it didn't really tell us anything just asking us the same questions would have achieved). Karolyn was just the right amount of attentive without hassling us to make a decision.
