Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We were offered excellent customer service by Karolynne ,customer assistant. She offered us water when we came , guided us through by sleepmatch and provided all the help she could. All the social distancing measures were followed.

We’d bought this mattress some years before and were replacing it for new version . The sales rep new exactly what we needed from our requirements

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who was happy to help me. Tried out the new technology and managed to find a mattress within 10 minutes

Gareth, the person who served us, was VERY knowledgeable. We also made 2 visits to the store, on the first occasion he helped us find what we wanted but we weren’t in a position to make the purchase. On the second visit, which was a few months later, he remembered us well and helped us choose alternatives to our previous selection due to change in circumstances.

We were greeted by Joe who guided us to the Dreams sleep match bed and explained the process. Then we were helped by Zinedane around the shop to try selected beds. They were both very knowledgeable and professional with excellent customer service.

From the moment we stepped foot in the store to when we left we were greeted with the best customer service we’ve ever seen. We were welcomed with a smile and with the offer of refreshments, and then directed to the appropriate section of the shop based on our needs. After trying the mattress selector machine, we were guided to 3 beds suitable for our needs and given the time and space to try these as we wished. Each bed was sanitised perfectly in between. We left the store to shop for other items but returned later in the day to purchase the mattress where the staff were still super helpful.

We felt that the process of establishing what we needed backed up by the range of products on display and the knowledgeability of the store colleague (Joseph) were very good indeed. We had planned to head to John Lewis after Dreams to see what they had to offer but we decided that the process had been so thorough and we were so satisfied that we proceeded with the purchase from you guys!

Gareth was extremely welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. I was a little nervous due to COVID restraints and not really knowing what I was looking for but Gareth was patient and super helpful. He gave me just the right amount of advice and time to test the mattresses out for myself so I could make the right decision.

The sales person was very courteous and informative about the product we wanted . All was explained thoroughly about the product . We are very happy with the purchases .
