I was greeted by Melanie as soon as I entered the store and taken through the sleep machine steps to make sure I was getting the right mattress for my needs. Melanie was fantastic through the whole sales process to help me find the mattress I wanted. She explained the guarantee and the sleep trial so I knew what I could do in the event anything went wrong. Very happy with my experience in the Cribbs store

Friendly assistant who was prepared to show us a variety of suitable products. The delivery date quoted was acceptable, and when we had to ammend this the change was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Delivery was at the stated time and was handled with care, friendliness and professionalism..

We were helped from the moment we entered the store. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the products we needed. It was clean and tidy and wheelchair accessible too for me. Water was supplied and that was needed as it was a bit warm in the store. Screens, masks and hand sanitizer was provided and that made us feel safe.

Joseph (Cribbs) was knowledgable, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. Joseph spent time with ensuring we selected the right mattress for both of and understood that at £2000 this was an investment purchase that needed to be right. Very pleased with the experience and the items chosen.
