Because we had very specific requirements and Gareth listened and found the right products for us, rather than selling what he wanted. Selling is also listening to customers which he got just right. A lovely cup of coffee too. We spent £2500 on what we're sure will be just right.

The Sales assistant Gemma (Cribbs Causeway) was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy which made me more likely to purchase. She answered all my questions and could not have done more to make the process a pleasant one

Gemma assisted me with mattress matching and was very knowledgeable and helpful

We were very happy with the way everything was explained to us and especially pleased the machine which was used to enable to choose which mattress would suit us without having to try every mattress in the shop. We felt completely safe with the covid precautions that were used. The extras were explained to us fully but we did not feel pressurised in any way. Whole process managed well on arrival. I liked the initial consultation bed! It was helpful to already have a shortlist of mattresses. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Everything was very clear. The man who helped us was really knowledgeable and I feel like we came out with exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was just really enjoyable (even though we had an 18 month old running around which must have been a nightmare for your staff! Sorry...!).

The member of staff who helped myself and my partner choose our bed and mattress was very tentative to our needs by providing us with a 1-2-1 service.
