Having to pay additional £39.00 to take away old mattress atop of £39.00 delivery fee. Disgusting

Felt that there were not many display beds to look at. Plus not many available delivery dates. However the assistant was very helpful by ringing the warehouse to see if it could be delivered earlier.

The lady downstairs with the mattresses was excellent and provided all the support we needed, the man upstairs with the bed frames seemed far too busy putting up a bed at the end of the shop and we had to go find him to get support

On first arriving at the store there were no staff to be seen.

I found an item online, anf the total cost was £400. I thought I needed to check in the store for finance options. The store manager "Joe" stated that the shop usually does it for a minimum of £500 spend and that offer is only valid online. He however managed to provide me with the financing option even with the total sum of £400. Many thanks

It was not explained to me that the delivery and collection service was 'doorstep' only. I had to pay £19 for delivery due to Friday being the only day of week that I was available to receive the delivery, and also a further £39.99 to have my old mattress collected. The latter, I felt, was very expensive anyway, but to later discover that I had to get it downstairs (I live in an upper level flat) myself for collection was a little surprising. I live on my own so this wasn't easy for me to do. Similarly it was quite difficult to get the new mattress back up the stairs. I specifically asked a question about the collection of my old mattress to the person that helped with my purchase in store, and I was told that I didn't have to get it ready for collection. I feel that this should be made clearer to customers in future, as paying a further £59 on top of the price of a new mattress is very expensive when you are doing most of the hard work yourself!

highly satisfied is too extreme. surely satisfied is sufficient.

I felt the salesman I spoke to wasn't really that interested in helping me. I thankfully knew which bed I wanted to look at and decided to go with that one. However, if I hadn't known, I don't think I would have ended up making a purchase. He didn't seem to know much about the products - although he did advise me on my mattress choice, which was very helpful.
