Highly satisfied implies perfection and there is always a little room for improvement. The salesman was great. The mattress etc fine. The price a bit on the high side. The range of choices was good - much better than many other stores but still could have been wider for the more 'luxe' items. It wasn't a complaint - just an honest view. Don't over interpret it!

A little disappointed that I was told that my mattress did not come with an 8 year guarantee, as it was a display model, only after I had agreed a price with the sales assistant.

We knew the product that we wanted and have bought, unfortunately it will be a month before delivery, which is a bit of a wait.

The Barclays ordering system was playing up, and took several attempts to sort out, not the stores fault just an inconvenience.

The only slight issue was that only 1 person was assisting 3-4 different customers. 4 members of staff were standing around.

Highly satisfied was just too strong a term for buying a bed, I was helped to find a suitable bed and purchased it - I was satisfied.

We wanted to purchase a cabin bed and had to order from a brochure. It would have been nice to see an example before we bought them (we bought 2).
