I was the only person in the store and although the sales assistant was pleasant, there was, I feel, a slightly rushed feel to my experience.

The experience was great and we found the bed in the end but the more popular frames are stored upstairs in this store so took a while to find what we were looking for.

Assistant had to confirm with colleague about packaging of product. Assembly & packaging instructions on the Internet were different & could have left us cancelling the order.

We called in to the store December 2016 nobody greeted us and no help was offered whilst we were in the store this was explained to the assistant serving us on Saturday he did apologise but made no other attempt to give reason why other then they were busy -which they were not as far as we could see

Although the store was empty at the time of our visit, it took some time for somebody to offer to assist us. Having found somebody, he answered any questions we asked but did not offer a great deal of other information. We had previously visited another store where the interest & information provided was much better. Unfortunately the quality of the bed itself was not as good as that in your store, otherwise we would probably returned to place an order with that retailer.
