Lack of staffing meant we were waiting for 20 minutes after making a choice of mattress before we could actually buy it. We were just standing around waiting for a free sales terminal. Apart from that, a very good experience.

I thought we were highly satisfied. I can think of nothing that have could improved our experience. We were just a bit surprised at the prices, because we have not had to buy a new bed or mattress for quite a while.

the store salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and had a good attitude ,made a nice change ti find a sales assistant who wasn't pushy

After having some welcomed initial time to browse, Kathryn came over introduced herself and offer her assistance. Kathryn talked us through the difference bed frame and mattress options and then allowed us further time to choose our selection. Kathryn then took us through the purchase process quickly and efficiently. Kathryn is an asset to the store and I would gladly deal with her again.

Because we were being served by store manager who had just completed a purchase with my daughter and I was so happy with the service he had provided I decided to purchase a mattress myself (having changed my decision to purchase it elsewhere spending an additional £200in by doing that). I was passed over to another colleague to deal with me as she had insisted she had started serving me. We had exchanged pleasantries with that lady when entering Dreams and offered refreshments. We had asked her where the Otterman beds where and she said upstairs and although she said she would pop up, she failed to do so. It was the store manager who came up and offered all the assistance. I was not asked did I mind I was being handed over but was rather told.

We made an appointment to visit the store at Cribbs Causeway & when we arrived the sales assistants had no knowledge of our appointment. We were the only people in the store at the time so it didn’t hold us up, but I think it would have been beneficial for the assistants to know that we were coming at that time. The sales assistant seemed tired and said she had been busy all day reorganising the store as the sale ended at 8pm that evening. If the assistants had fore-knowledge I think they would have been happier.

Given my age it is highly unlikely that I shall be around to need to buy any further beds !!!
