Price of products had changed by over £200 from one day to the next. Prices of displays are generally misleading. Price of doesn't include headboard which is displayed with bed.

The reason i will not ever purchase from you again is the very poor main customer service received from High Wickham. I received my order which was wrong ,i ordered sprung slats for my double bed purchased only to receive King size non sprung slats. You took my bed which i paid for disposal . Very poor, ithink you should change name to nightmare not dreams. Your very dissatisfied customer.

We new what we wanted before we entered the store. James was very good & even made us a coffee from the kettle. Most showrooms have customer coffee machines dotted around. We also wanted 6 months interest free, you only did 12 months or 10 months?.

I ordered a sofa bed and bought a mattress protector. Would have bought more linen but wasn't impressed with the quality. Will try out the mattress protector first. Would alas have liked a wider choice of fabric for the sofa bed, but appreciate this may have been difficult for the price.

Was not expecting long delivery time(over one month) when we have no problem with any day or date. This was first date (for free delivery) offered.
