I was very happy with the cribs causeway branch but before I went there I went to the bridlington branch and one of the sales men was rude to pushy and told me items were not available for delivery so I decided to leave the store because of his attitude

There’s always room for improvement. I found that the sales team who gave me a pillow to use for the demos chose the most expensive pillow available. Which obviously led me to feel I should by the pillows. At £80 each, that adds up. It could of been given as an extra or even along side a standard pillow so I could see the difference. It was just a bit sales gimmicky.

Only one staff member working. She was utterly amazing serving 3 couples at once but could not give the help she wanted to each couple.

Item we wanted is going to take far to long before delivery, especially as we only require a bed frame.

It would be much easier if the mattress and bed didn’t have to be delivered at the same time. When mattresses take a while to be made and delivered

The standard was good but I have not received the bed yet so I cannot comment but so far so good I cannot put Highly Satisfied yet

I thought the experience we had was great, with fantastic customer service. However, one moment stuck in my mind. We were suggested two pillows, one we purchased, the other we didn't and when we explained we had found the other pillow cheaper at Argos we were met with disbelief. I then suggested a price match, and was happy to show the reservation of the pillow we had made however it felt like an act of "elitism" that Dreams are the cheapest place and that we may have made a mistake rather than just showing to enable to price match. As it were, we were offered a price match however when we couldn't receive my discount on the price match we decided to go with Argos as we could gain cashback by doing so (making the item 3% cheaper). I've no issues with the price not being met, just the initial reaction when we had found out cheaper.

We used the intelligent bed selector and the results we got gave us the option of a firm mattress, we have a firm mattress now and need a softer one. James then did the right thing and asked us want we would like and then showed us suitable options. My only criticism would be that we were not asked what our budget was to start with.
