All staff were very helpful throughout our visit and were all happy to help. They even helped me purchase a product which was not on display at the store but what I had found on the online store and was offered a drink while processing the order. Very satisfied with the help i was given.

Immediately we entered the store we were approached by a very helpful and kind lady. She saw to our needs and was very knowledgeable about items on sale. We weren’t rushed at all and she was very attentive. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was a excellent member of staff.

The sales advisor, Joseph, was well-informed, efficient and friendly. We quickly identified what we wanted and Joseph processed the order with no fuss.

Gareth really knew what he was talking about but without being pushy

As we entered the premises we were greeted by your staff member Gareth who was very helpful. We were offered and given water, spoken through the process which included the sleep match, picking a pillow, mattress and then a bed frame etc. I could not fault the store and the service we received. My only complaint is the length of time the bed will be taken to be delivered.
